Type of Event - Competition

Irish Vintage Scene Magazine was the sponsors of the I.V.E.T.A. indoor vintage show and auto-jumble in Cavan and the highlight of this event being the Irish Vintage Scene Tractor-Build competition. This will become an annual event.
It was the first time that this event was staged with three teams in competition "building" for the title and also the first time the "new rules" were enforced.

The competing teams were:

• Ballygawley Vintage Club - Sean Devine, Greg Mc Sorley, John Woods & Jack O'Brien
• Inishowen Vintage Club - Noel & Darragh Doherty, Sean McDermot & Joe Lyle.
• Mountbellew Vintage Club - P.J. & Johnny Glynn, Simon Coffey & Michael Joe Cunningham.

Winners - Inishowen 10 min 52 sec.
The event was won (after time penalties) by Inishowen with a time of 10min 52 seconds with Ballygawley 2nd in a time of 10min 54 seconds followed closley by MVC.
The Judge for this event was Martin Daly from Co. Dublin.
